driver error

guys i wonder if you know of a work around for this when i try to install ck3tool_v1.2.4 driver for xp i get "installsheild setup launcher has encountered a problem ....." and cannot install the damn driver i have tried add new hardware but still no joy can i put it in another way ?

why do you even want to install that.
there are better programs and tool to use than that

i thought it was needed for ck3 to work ? anyway iv just reinstalled again and first thing i tried to install is ck3tool_v1.2.4 driver for xp but it keeps giving the same error it shud'nt after a new install ???
but please point me right m8 im trying to upgrade a sammy thats been spoofed into a hit and im trying to upgrade from 1.5 to 1.6 i have all the tools but am lost because its a spoof

you dont need that
if you have a ck3 pro or lite
jungle flasher or RHPG Iprep v009 will work with it

thanks man but it is asking for "ser2pl.sys" prolific usb-to-serial comm port and after a google search im no closer to finding it ? i guess i thought that was it
