360 flashing

hi can anyone help just tried to flash my 360 using dosflash 32,it read the firmware ok but when writing came back with error's,now when i try again the xbox just flashes a green light and it wont eject the tray,please can someone help thanks in advance,my drive is a benq

do you have your original key? is it good?
follow this tutorial on doing a benq
