Hello,

I am trying to flash my Lite On drive using Jungle Flasher 1.60 with a VIA 6421 chipset and a CK3 Lite. I was able to flash every other drive except this damn Lite On.

Everytime I try to get the Key in the dvdkey32 tab it gives me this error "WARNING Serial Data is Bad!"...
I mean I don't know what Im doing wrong. I have the Probe on the R707 point perfectly fine and Im getting a green light.

Please HELP!

Are you doing it with the tray half shut?

Yes, I am. before I powered up Jungle Flasher I powered on drive, ejected it, turned off, then closed half in and then turned back on.

Jungle Flasher detects the drive but whenever I try to read the key it gives me that stupid error. My COM cable on the CK3 lite is a little ripped but the wires are making contact though. Could that be it??

More than likely, You could strip the wires then reinsulate them i suppose. also try putting the drive slightly more than half way in too and put a bit pressure on the probe. Maybe also worth giving iprep a go at dumping it and then check the key with jungleflasher before flashing it.
