Hei guys, i just got the Halo Wars game and I made a backup, that i am playing with.

In my house there are 2 xbox, one for me and one for my brother.

Would it be considered piracy if I made 2 backup copies and gave one to my brother so we can play the co-op together?

If it is considered piracy, i am not going to do it

Well there's a very gray area in making backups anyways. The Digital Rights Act says that you are allowed one copy of your digital media. So it's up to you on how you want to handle that.

if you go by the letter of the law
then i would have to say it would be wrong.
but
will most if not all people do it
then i would have to say "yes they would."
