where do you get a rs232 cable?

ok..how can i tell if my computer has a com port.... the one i have has 15 pins. will PCI Express 1 Serial (RS232) Port work for hacking a liteon using iprep...because it says i dont have one

normaly your com port is on the motherboad and has 9 pins. usualy these are male. pic is attached and its marked with number 7
