Boris - There's no reason to brag to someone who's having problems!!

sega - The biggest thing here is that you have a good dump of the drive. If you were able to do that, then you'll be able to flash that drive with both iPrep and JF. With JF the biggest thing here is to make sure that the intro/device id is giving you good info. If not then it's probably an issue with the drive than can be fixed by power cycling the drive and trying different tray configurations. Yes, I know you don't have to mess with the tray to flash a stock sammy but since it is erased it might be necessary to mess around with that.
If after a failed attempt with JF, just build your custom firmware with JF, that has your good key from that drive. rename it to samcfw.bin and load it into your iPrep thumbstick. Once your booted into iPrep type DosFlash, select your drive's port number, then you should get a prompt about what you want to do next, press "w" for write, then it'll ask you what file you would like to write, type samcfw.bin, and hit enter. It should start writing the firmware into your drive. Once it's done test it out and let us know how it went.

No man you seem to have missunderstood, i wasnt bragging, im new to this also, just letting the guy know that it can be done.
I would have posted more details but as i said im also new to this and some times not confident enough to post full details just incase i miss something, all i did was to use the new version of jungle and followed the guide ;)
Apologise if anyone thought that i was being condescending it wasnt intended.
