Robin Hoods Playground

Hi all
Just received a R4 and wanted to try it with my DS lite.
Followed the tut for decompressing and copying files onto it and put he R4 in the DS and after the welcome screen, it is stuck on loading and the light is turning Red
What could be the problem

What files did you put on it? I'm assuming these were the R4 operating files?
