Ok, so I have been researching around this forum and looking stuff up and believe I know the basics of flashing my drive. I have a lite-on drive and I ordered my ck3 pro and it came today. I have the probe and the via sata card. When I load up Jungle Flasher everything seems to be just fine, but when I press on get key, create Dummy.bin, Open as Source; I get No Drive Detected! DVDkey files extraction aborted! Also, I can't eject my drive for some reason....Can someone please help me?

When you start up your computer (before you run JungleFlasher)
Make sure your power cable is connected to your drive the correct way up (see the little lined groove on the side of the connector)
Then switch on your CK3 kit and make sure the mode B light is blue.
Then press eject to open your drive (you may have to press twice.)
When your drive opens then switch off your CK3 kit and then push your drive closed (just over half way.)
Now switch back on your CK3
Then start JungleFlasher and you should see your drive.

Ok, I got my Jungle Flasher to detect my drive but now there is a new problem. My probe has both the green light and blue light on when im not even touching it to anything. And also I never could get my ck3 to eject my drive either. Is my ck3 dead? Do I have to buy a new one?

It definitely sounds like you have a bad CK. If you purchased it from a reputable dealer then just contact them for exchange info.
