do i have to flash liteon back to orginal or can i just flash it straight to ix1.6? and is there any differences in the two firmwares?i'm i safe to stay with ix1.5?

you cant restore a lite on to stock so no you dont lol,

1.6 give you the opportunity to dump games from the drive and allows you to play wave 3 games (the newer games),

you should upgrade to 1.6 because it is better in everyway and it allows you to play all games.

do my backup games need to be burned at 12x or can i still burn them at 2.4x with imgburn...

no you still burn at 2.4x, 12x is the speed the xbox reads the games.

Everyone has to learn things before you know it, its hard sometimes to reply to help people if you aint too sure if your right yourself lol, you'll pick a lot up if you read and watch tutorials, thats how i learn what to do, keep it up man.

Before you click dummy from ixtreme make sure your drive is shown in the drive properties,

then click dummy form ixtreme, it should prompt you to save inquiry.bin, identify.bin, key.bin and dummy.bin (keep these safe)

then if jungle flasher asks do you want to auto load ixtreme click no,

you should be taken to the firmware tool 32 tab, if not click on it,

then click on open target firmware and load ixtreme 1.6 (can be downloaded from xbins),

click spoof source to target,

check that the keys match in both boxes and then click save to file and save the custom firmware you just created,

then proceed with flashing like sadalius does in the video.

activate iso is for samsung drives you dont need it, follow what i said in my last post and you should be fine.
