Not to mention it's the single greatest way to get banned. Hot swapping doesn't include any of the security patches and even if you patch it with abgx or mulleter there still not as good as ripping it with XBC or schtrom360.

we dont support hot swap much
there is only a few of us that have even done it.

i dont know of anyone doing it on a wave 3 game

this is the only guide we have on it.

I DO NOT recommend getting you backup thi8s way.

Hey guys. I dont have access to a kreon drive, so im using an old samsung dvd writer which i stripped. I have dumped tons of games using the hotswop method. And yes a wave 3 one aswell. Did it exactly like the guide on this site shows. All i had todo was get that 3rd wave iso file which i got from a torrent site. It fixed it np. Burned it and i havnt scrapped one disk so far. It is possible. Just get that iso file dude.

what are you talking about man.
you are not saying you downloaded the whole iso from a p2p.right :?: that would not be a hot swap.
what did you have to get from p2p for the hot swap to work on a wave 3 game. :?: :?:

nonono i did not download any game from any torrent site. i use abgx360 to fix my backup iso's before i burn them. The iso i downloaded is a file abgx360 needed to successfully fix a 3rd wave game. I do use the hotswap method and it does work. The last one i did was my guitarhero metallica which went 100% and is a new wave game. Dont be so fast to jump on the copyright bandwagon. the iso in question is Video_0E58FB9D.iso. sorry for confusing you. just wanted to state that it can be done...

My bad man, it's just that iso's are generally related to games and when you mentioned downloading I got a little defensive. That's good info though.

hmmm
yea
that is some good stuff

I still think its better for you to pick up a v28 or a benq dvd drive and flash it with 0800
then it will mount to your pc
and have very little risk of getting banned.

they are only around $25 - $30

it looks like a rar folder but its infact an iso image.
Ive done the wx ripper method in the past but as cofree said its not the safest way to do your backups.
But if u still want to do it that way make sure u run the dumped iso image through abgx a coupkle of time just to be on the safe side. That will also give the .dvd file u need which has the correct layer break info on it. Right click and burn using img burn.

But yeah invest in a new drive mate. Will save u a lot of hassle

If your iso file is showing up as a rar file go into winrar, go into the settings tab, then the intergrations tab, then untick ISO. :D
