Region Unlocking

Hi guys. I would like to know if its possible to region unlock a backup image. Instead of trying to unlock my actual console?
Iv tried googling it but it always ends up with modding my console...

Unfortunately not my friend, wish it was though would make alot more games available to us.

Wouldnt it be good if it was simple to make it region free
