Almost all modders will fix your RROD.
Since you are on a modding website, we encourage you to do it yourself, and we will help you as much as possible short of coming to your house and doing it for you.
You also have to keep in mind once a console gets RROD, the damage has happened, and it cannot be fixed, it can be repaired, but repairs only last for so long. (Even if you send your console to MS and they fix it, it will not last forever.)

New consoles don't get as much RROD right?
I am going to buy a Elite console in the near future
PS; Do all new consoles come with the lite-on drive?

In theory new console's will get less RROD. I do believe the new consoles contain a lite-on drive. IMO BenQ's are best.
