After flashing Xbox dos not read any games

I have a ligt-on that was flashed 6 months ago with ix1.5 i upgraded it to ix1.6 and now when i put a game in the xbox i get "reading and eject tray / close tray" i downgraded back to my original ix1.5 and i get the same. Please help if you can. Thanks in advance.
