ABGX messes up the ISO?

I recently backed up DBZ burst limit and it worked fine, the only thing is i forgot to stealth patch it (it couldv'e already been) with ABGX. After that i Stealth patched Street fighter 4 and backed it up too. It worked fine then i backed up these games:

spiderman web of shadows
MK vs DC
Gears of war 2

None of them worked WHY IDK?

Then i used abgx to backup DBZ burst limit again and guess what, it doesn't even read on the 360 but the non ABGXed one worked? WHAT?

so i think ABGX is messing up the game.

I used memorex on all the games i burned (dbz non abgx and SF4 used abgx worked)
ABGX things i used
all reigions on
LV 3
patch even if stealth passes
launch
complete

IMGBURN
used the Layer break number
auto booktype when burning
burned DVD file not ISO (can someone tell me why to burn DVD and not ISO?)
and it say completed

ABGX patches files from its online database to your iso. I assume you only backup in hand games, so you should disable writes, that way it will just check to make sure your iso is good, and will not modify it in any way.

You should NEVER let abgx patch a in hand rip, XBC and Schtrom 360 will ensure that the games are stealth when ripped.
