This was by far the worst thing I've ever done to myself. I really didn't think it would be hard but the instant that spoon enters your mouth all of the moisture is gone. Not to mention when you cough it goes up your nose and into your eyes. I blew cinnamon out of my nose for at least three hours last night, not to mention I couldn't breathe.
