Ok thought i'd share this with you guys, yesterday i had a challange at work.
To see if i could EAT a tablespoon full of CINNAMON powder, crap idea but hey i tried it.
Here's the vid which is currently on youtube.
P.S It is actually quite painful.

Yeah Jock it SUCKED!!! My eyes, nose, and throat burned for a good four hours. I just couldn't believe it would ever be that bad.

dont hold your breath
but
from what ive heard
after the first time your try
you build a immunity to it and do it the 2nd time you try.
(video it the 2nd time please to prove you did it.)
