look i have a bad dvd in my samsung ms28 dvd...i just bought a new benq drive...i need the steps to spoofing my info into the benq...im using JF...please help..

Simple. Dump the samsung, save its OFW to your computer.

When you get a new drive, all you need to do is:

If you want ixtreme on the drive:
Open Jungle Flasher, load your samsung OFW as source
Load ixtreme for whatever drive as target
Click Spoof Source To Target

Now flash with jungle flasher, or save the hacked FW, and flash with iPrep.

so what ix firmware do i use...i going from a samsung to benq...do i use the benq firmware or samsung firmware?

if im going to spoof my samsung ms28 info into the benq....what ix firmware do i use? do i use the samsung ix1.6 firmware cause the info is samsung or do i use the benq info cause its a benq drive? need help board warriors.....

No drive will work with any FW on it but the FW that is supposed to be on the drive.
IE: You cannot put any FW on a BenQ besides the benq, same goes for samsung (no FW, but sammy FW), same for hitachi, and lite-ons.

So whatever drive you are putting in a console, must have the FW intended for it.

When you spoof, you are changing 1 line of text. (and another line, which is the key)
