You can get the key form the drive that is in your 360

But getting the key of the mainboard from the console itself ... that i'm afraid can only be done by a few ...

Pluto_00 is right, getting the key from the motherboard is damn near impossible on older systems and COMPLETELY impossible on anything with the NXE dashboard.

how does m$ get it?? if the drive brake completey and cant drag key from it? or do they just scrap the mobo ?

or is there a way to inject a new key to the mobo?

M$ can by using their digital signature to unlock the bios. There used to be a hack from Infectus that would allow you to bypass that process but ever since NXE it's been fixed.

I know only one way, and you have to spend a LOT of money.

You can buy a infectus chip that will reset you xbox back to the old dashboard

and you have to buy a new one to get the key

Not Worth it.
