Did you guys see anything about this? It wouldn't do you a bit of good unless you had the 80gig hdd unless I'm missing something. Most of those games are 1.5 to 4 gigs and that would fill up a 20 in minutes. I've got 160 giggers in both of my xbox1's and they are packed!

well are you talking about ripping them to the hdd or downloading off of marketplace? if its ripping them to the hdd that opens up some opportuninty for hackers to allow us all to do it with 360 games. imo

ohhh, well there still is a certain format the game is going to be that surely they can come up with so that when we rip our games to the computer to make a backup, we can convert to that format, hook up the hdd and copy it over...

Isn't that what Microsoft is best at?
Re: Download xbox1 games to 360 hdd?
I read about this. I ponder in the back of my mind......
xbox1 games works off an emulator. Each game has it's own emulator. Downloading games onto the hdd from the market place. No doubt these games will be encrypted using the private MS key and tied to the downloaders gamertag or console. If this is the case, there won't be a feasible entry point into hacking them. But, if the key could be found, this could open the door to other things. We can already read and write to the HDD of the 360. Someone could end up pulling an xbox1 game off, extracting the contents, replacing the contents with things of their choice, rebuilding and resigning the package and could have their own homebrew. Of course this is mere speculation and would be dependant on the private MS key. And of course I could be totally wrong and be speaking pure MS er, I mean BS
