I was gone for a entire month to sleepaway camp and missed the "major moments" up till July 10th can some 1 catch me up between june 15 and july 10th i checked the front page but want to double check thx RHPG

Nothing really happened. Biggest 360 news is there is a new lite-on drive but lots of people (including myself) have flashed the new FW (A0A2)

what is this "new firmware"? or do u do the normal drill

If you get the old HW, but with A0A2 FW on it, its the same thing... In the identify.bin you will see the FW is A0A1 although on the label on the drive it says A0A2.
As for the new lite-on drive, its only being shipped in repaired console's once it is being used in new box's the ixtreme team will release their FW for it.
