Robin Hoods Playground

Hey all Ive been trying to update my f/w to 1.6 but i can't because I dont have .NET 2.0 which means i cant run Jungleflash. I've tried downloading it but still a problem. I have a 32bit but all they have for download was the x64 and x86 no 32 bit. The error message I get is c:\windows\system32\advpack.dll I tried command prompt, extracting to usb a run it, extract to hard drive, but to no avail. Hope sum1 can guide me to fixing this aggravating situation.Thanks
