Robin Hoods Playground

I'm trying to flash my Grandsons 360, it seemed quite easy useing your tutorial,
anyway I've hit a problem straight away !,
I Connected CK3pro to PC through molex & sata on Motherboard,
on bootup CK3pro switches off, when theres just power to it LED stops on,
On reconnecting drive to 360 it flashes a green light and it wont eject the tray,
please can someone help thanks in advance,my drive is a hitachi 78fk

I hope it's not partially erased. Do you have a spare atx power supply kicking about? If you do bridge the green and black wires to enable it to power on and use that to power the ck3 and try it again. Failing that you can buy a mains molex power adaptor. Did you manage to dump the drive at all??

I did not get that far ck3 pro switched off before drive was recognized by system
I have just realized I put the molex cable in upside down,not the dvd drive cable
It switches on now ,
What damage will I have caused?
