I'm beta testing it right now. I can't say as there is anything uber about it, but then again I can't say if you'll get banned or not. Running it on a legit box.

ahh ok mate. did any1 get banned after the xbox experience update??

I don't think there was a wave after that update, but could be wrong though.

ok man. so if i play my backups offline would i be safe. and just play the legit games online.
