Well if you have a samsung drive now, all you will need to do is dump the drive and reflash it with the samsung 1.6FW
SImply dump the drive check that it has a good key and flash that withthe 1.6 samsung FW
This is wrong, you cannot flash the samsung firmware to a hitachi drive
(Commando you must have read the question wrong

)
Anyways, to update your drive is simple. As cofree said, a spoofed drive is nothing special... It is just firmware with a couple of strings changed in it...
Here is how to update in jungle flasher...
Dump your Hitachi drive.
Locate your Hitachi OFW (Hopefully you still have it, if not download one)
Flash your Hitachi back to stock, by flashing the OFW
Download ixtreme 1.51 hitachi from xbins
Load the firmware you dumped from the hitachi drive as source
Load ixtreme 1.51 as target
Click spoof source to target
Proceed with flashing your hitachi.
(Flashing a hitachi is the same everytime since you need to restore to stock first)
A spoofed firmware contains a couple strings identifying it as another type of firmware... So if you have a hitachi drive in a samsung console, there will be a few strings that instead of saying "Hitachi" and your drive type they will be changed to "Samsung" and "ms28" or "ms25"
When you dump the firmware, jungle flasher thinks its a samsung firmware, so when you spoof source to target, you copied the strings into the new 1.51 firmware, so now your 1.51 appears to be the EXACT same as the firmware that was on the drive. It is basically the exact same aside from the fact that 1.51 has a minor tweak allowing you to play wave 3 games.
Hope this helps
