3 red lights

Hello,
Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it. I have searched and did the changing the x clamps fix and still have 3 red. I could use some help very badly. Thank you in advance!

it means RROD "red ring of death"
turn your console on and press and hold the sync button and press eject for times and take note of how many lights flash at a time.
like this
keep the sync button pressed in
press eject = 4 lights
press eject = 2 lights
press eject = 4 lights
"" " = 1 light
then post back up

Ewwww, I already have the xbox torn apart again. I am seeing if I have something wrong and I also read the thread about the screw could be to tight so i was going to losen those. When I plug it all back in and still have the light I will try and post. Thank you very much for the reply.

tighten the scres equaly as well one corner then the diagnal
if you have done the rrod repair did you clean all the older paste off before you put the new one on??

I did the xclamp fix and after it I got 3 rl then I just lossened the screws. Works great

note tho be carefull when you put the new paste on the chips, that you dont get any on the mobo as the artic silver will conduct

its all part of the circutes they could be a few things dont have a board in front off me at the moment so couldnt say for 100%

I held down sync and push eject 4 times result in lights is 4 1 4 2

this is your error
0102 Error in the "Digital Backbone" (CPU/GPU/RAM), this is usually caused by a cold solder joint between the GPU and the mainboard.
There are two theories to fixing this one deals with the "X" clamps that hold down the chips. The other involves re-Heating the chips. DO NOT attempt either of these if your console is still under warranty. If your console is still under warranty return it to the store where it was purchased or call MS to have it replaced.
