I noticed there is no guide on doing a BenQ in JF, I did a BenQ today, so I decided to record it, and upload the video here for you guys
(I didnt upload it to my youtube, its just faster to use photo bucket, feel free to add it to youtube if you like.)

Sure, I think im doing another BenQ today so I will see about doing a tut on it. Ill just upload this to youtube, and add an annotation for the site
