Robin Hoods Playground

right playing a game, the box just turned itself off got message no signalm then it came back on started playing the game it froze i turned the console off. when i try to turn on nothing no lights nothing, tried different power cable they are all working but nothing on the front no lights as it gone for good all started after my son brought his down cos he was getting no signal on his he wanted to try with my cables but didnt work then when i put the cables back in mine i get all this anyone think what it is and is there anything i can do, i cant send back to ms thanks for any help

thats a strange 1. What colour is the light on the power supply when plugged into the console?

its orang the green when turned on, but thing is i thought ok open it up have a look took it apart then thought try it and yes started working all ok so i put it back together and yes wont work, the lights come on but getting no signal on tv so took it apart again bump back on so im leaving as it is till i see if i find anything about whats going on thanks for any help

A freind of mine had the same kinda issue.
Can u hear any sound from the tv when u start the xbox.

I actually had a similar problem with a customer's 360. I did the X-Clamp mod and of course the 12V fans and it's been working great ever since. If the CPU isn't making good contact it can become a "power" issue.
