When I click start, i get an error saying "The drive is not ready for use; its door may be open. Please check drive A; and make sure that a disk is inserted and the drive door is closed.

I have no drive A: which I dont understand. No matter what I click, cancel try again or continue, it says
Preparing Destination
Making Drive D:\ Bootable
Copying BenQ Firmware to D:\
Copying Generic Tools to D:\
Copying Batch Files to D:\
Creating BACKUPS directory
All Done!

but wont boot to it. I think its the error thats "bad word" stuff up. It is trying to format/make bootable drive D:\. Also it works fine when I dont click format/make bootable.

Any suggestions?

Check out your BIOS go to the boot section and see what it reports that you have......you may not "have a floppy" but your BIOS might think you do.

Yup, check your bios and make sure that floppy is disabled.

Yeah as commando lee and sadalius said disable the A:\ drive in your bios (this can be accessed when u first boot up your machine) then give it another try and it should be fine.
