the only certain way to find out is to try it? i would advise just getting the card its not just for a 360 it can be used for many other things. what drive are you trying to flash??

if you are trying to flash a lite-on
i would not get the card and give jungle flasher a try
if that does not work for you then
you can try the via card with iprep

jungle flasher should work fine with your on board sata
