I think this site would go big if we opened up a REALTIME help box like some sites do for trouble shooting (like AT&T)
so if someone needs help and no 1s on irc its a direct connection to some1 who knows what their talking about and have like a internet hotline lol

if someone wants they can use the chatroom for that
the problem is man
we do this for fun
and when you have someone in real time you have to talk to it takes the fun out of it for me, and makes it more like work.

peoples questions are normaly replied to in a pretty quick time. and also the boards are the best way to find answers as they are typed for every 1 to see. the prob with the chat is the same answers will have to be typed over and over agen

Also, if 'noobs' are so impatient they need a realtime answer, they will likely not have done their research, and will brick their drive.
With the forum, once they post, they will likely browse around looking for their answer, and stumble upon some good info.
