New Staff at the site

Ok guys its been awhile since we have made any staff changes here at http://www.rhpg.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
but
Sadalius and I have been talking and the time is at hand.
The site is going to be making some staff changes.
Here is the list of guys that have made the cut.
Well fist I'll give the bad news.We do have one member that is being demoted today
He was very important to the site and really new his stuff,but things out of his control have took him from the site
This is not so much a demotion as just keeping the staff as up to date as we can.
MsK is a admin but will be took down to Mod (just in case he can find his way back)
Ok
now to the good stuff
Technoe is a Mod and is getting a promotion to Mod Group Leader This is a position he will share with lilrevuk
This move will give us a group leader on both sides of the pond.
Shootsteel has been a great member of the site,and is getting promoted to full Mod.
Also guys he has just did a complete set of videos on flashing 360 drives with jungle flasher.
Ill have them up soon. (they are up now)
HaGGardSmurf Has put in the time and effort as a Trusted Member to help this site and it's member as much as anyone.So to him goes the promotion to Jr.Mod
commando_lee Well guys what can i say.He was the sites first Board Warrior
he also puts in a lot of time and effort to keep the site rocking
So to him goes the promotion to Jr.Mod
sas67 Has showed that he is willing to help where he can and has a good understanding of thing.So to him goes the promotion to Trusted Member
There is one more member I would say something about.
rkd2398 has now become the sites only Board Warrior.rkd2398 dont think we left you out man.You are a great help to the site and it would not be the same without you.
but
I feel like the site MUST have a Board Warrior.Keep in mind what I have said in the past that the staff will back up a board warrior if /when the time arises.
Also i would just like to say that we make staff changes from time to time.Its not as easy as it used to be to get on staff or
even in the trusted members group.
but
stay with it help where you can be nice and help the site grow and you will make it.There was 1 or 2 more that was talked about but its just not been quite long enough on the site to make it this time. sorry
Well guys there you go.
Let me be the first to say congratulation to all of you.
I hope we can keep the site running a smooth as it has been for long time.

On a side note the site did go down (for like 5 min) the other day.It was because of a band with cap
we hit a 100Gb of data transfer in 16 days
Most of that is because of the new videos and the new iprep v10.7 that has been released.
Thanks to the guys that jumped in the chat to post up about it.

I have not forgot about the shirts for you guys.
At this point im waiting till the changes are in place.
I'm sorry it took this long on the shirts but good things take time
