my LIte on Drive has the model number: DG-16d2s-09c and the FW Ver: 83850c.

Could sum1 please show/tell me the easiest way to flash this drive?

no, thats not the latest one. The latest one is for the 83850c drives and will be labeled as such.

where would be the cheapest place to get the connectivity kit?

If you are going to flash a lot of drives yes. If your drive happens to be a Lite-on 7400 yes. It is well worth the money to get the kit with probe.

so i only need the Pro if im doing a lite on 7400?
