reflashing a spoofed drive

My mate bought a new elite all ready flashed with a spoofed ms28 drive in it with version 1.5 it also came with the original liteon drive. He is now unable to play 3rd wave games and he gave me the console to flash for him. I have only ever flashed my 360 before this. I have tried to get the key off the liteon to flash that with my executer kit but it isn't letting me read the key for some reason it's saying it's bad.
how do I reflash the spoofed drive with jungle flasher as I can't use iprep as my pc is too old to boot from a flash drive.

flash the samsung drive like its never been done b4. or you can dump the sammy drive to be safe and spoof the lit back into the console, post up which way you wana do it and well guide you

I don't know what the original key is though as he wasn't given it when he bought it from the shop and the liteon drive won't let me read it with the probe on the 707 pin it's saying it is bad can iget the key using the barcode on the top of the liteon or not as i am not sure.

you can get the key from the samsung drive
how are you tryin to get the key?? what program??? what set up you got?

THE drive is a lite-on and it's been flashed...correct?
If so you do not need to probe the drive to dump it when using JF just hook it up and get the files from ixtreme.
I find it hard to believe that an elite had a sammy in it in the first place....as to my knowledge the factory has never produced an Elite with a Samsung so it should not be spoofed as one
If the drive in hand is a Sammy and spoofed as a lite on you do not use the probe either as there is no probe used on a sammy no matter what it's spoofed as. You dump it with the Sam tools and load the SaM Ixtreme --->and spoof that as a lite on...
Need more let us know.
