benq unlock problems

hello, first off let me say i have never posted a topic ever so if i do anything wrong just let me know.
i am trying to read keys from a stock benq that know longer reads disc, the problem i am having is when i open jungle flasher the vendor pbds and the name vad6038-64930c shows up in drive properties but when i do the half tray open trick then press benq unlock or intro to device id or any combination of the two, intro to device id fails and the drive becomes undetected in drive properties until i power off and power on, then vendor and name show up again. also i have a generic connectivity kit that i used to try the on off method in jf. i have flashed at least 20 360's at least 5 benq drive's and never had a problem with benq. like i said this drive does not read disc, so i just need the keys to spoof another drive. i have another benq i just re flashed just to make sure it wasn't my set up. im sure its never been modded. i tried dos flash magic 28 key did not work. tried iprep but not to familiar with this program my bootable flash would not boot so not sure if this method will work any help in which direction i should go with this would be greatly appriciated.

If its stock benq i dont think you do teh half open tray m8, maybe wrong but sure you just hit benq unlock

ok, i used cofree's tut on flashing benq with the new iprep every thing worked until i got to the point that it says device intro failed do u want to keep sending command until drive responds y/n i press y and enter and switch drive off and on quickly then it gets stuck showing 0XD1 the D keeps flashing 5 as in 0X51 but just the D and the 5 flash any help would be appreciated.
