Error 65 after flashing Phillips BenQ with Iprep 10.7

Let me explain first.
My flashing computer was very slow at all the functions. But it did get the original firmware that I saved on another scomputer. I also got the drive key off the drive. I hope it's right. I have 2 files in my backup folder and subfolders: BENCFW.BIN AND BENOFW.BIN.
So I assumed everythig is fine. It showed greed SUCCESS. So I proceded to erease the drive and flash with new firmware. Again it took a long time (minutes) where it wen though the 4 banks and again showed a success. But then it also said 14360 write errors, or something similar. There was a green Success message, though.
After trying to boot it it the Xbox gives me Error 65 with the 4 red quadrant red. I guess the flashing went bad.
What I can do to fix that. Is there a way to just use Iprep 10.7 to flash without reading the original firmware?
I've done Samsung drives before on this computer but wiuth Iprep 9. Or should I try Jungle flasher with the original firmware I have (I hope now it's good). Any ideas
Thanks

Well e65 is caused by corrupt FW on the drive, or lack there of.

Does your drive still function? IE: Drive opens, your computer lists it as a drive?

Im not a big iprep user, I got into JF early, so I stuck with it, so I cant offer too much help with iprep, but if you have used 9 with no problems, you may want to try using it. Open jungle flasher, and open your ofw, make sure it loads fine, and check the key to make sure its good. If you want you can flash with jungle flasher, there is a video guide for the latest jf and a benq created by shootsteel, and I will guide you through it if need be, but if iprep is the way you want to go, there are many others who can help you through the iprep route.

Thanks, I'll try that. I would still like to know if I can just do something like fben xxxxxx in the iprep to get to the flashing sequence with the ofw.bin I have. I hope it's good and I didn't brick my drive :)

Success!!!!

Success!!!
After checking that the original firmware was good. I used Iprep's ben.bat file with the attribute "w" and all is honky dory

Tadmen I am in the exact same situation you were in. I currently have an e65 error w/ 4 flashing lights after a bad flash.

I tried flashing my ms28 drive using iprep 1.7 and ixtreme 1.6. I was using my pci VIA 6421A card which I have used to flash my drive several times before. The backup went fine and the flash said successful as well but listed about 5k write errors. I currently have two files in my backups folder, the samcfw.bin and samofw.bin. JF isnt an option since im running vista x64.

I'm not really sure how to go about recovering my drive using iprep. When you used the ben.bat exactly how did you go about this? was it from dos? exactly what was the command?

Got it going today, looks like it was just a bad flash/iprep sucks. I went and installed JF and my via card on my other pc and got it going using the samcfw.bin file. I had been upgrading from ixtreme 1.4 to 1.6. JF mentions that I need an unlocker iso in the drive in order to write so I'm guessing that might have contributed.

Unlock CD with a MS28, nope.

Don't blame iPrep for other peoples error's, it would seem DosFlash is causing the problems, iPrep is Just the windows UI and the batch files, the actual dumping/flashing is all down to DosFlash.
