what should I check before burning?

hi
I have ISO file of a game (not my rip)
what should I check before burning to minimize the risk of getting banned or that the game wouldn't work on my XBOX

you shoudl check if its stealth with xdvdmulleter.

I've read somewhere that the kreon checker can give false result
is it right?

i dont take the chance if it says it bad i trash it and dump again
with the new firmware you dont even need to do the check but i do anyway

another question
can the SS being outdated or something like this?
I mean can there be a situation that I have SS in my ISO but it's not good and I should patch it with better/newer SS file?

not if you do your own dumps
that why most of us dont download iso
you never know what you are going to get

sorry for the many questions, but I really need to know this
so if I don't do my own dumps my ISO can have wrong/outdated SS file?
if so how can I check it and where can I find a right SS file for my game?

you cant.
that is the problem.you can test the iso with all three programs and the ss checker.they could all tell you the iso is good.
even after that there is a chance that its bad.
i guess what im saying is i dont trust down loaded games of any kind from any place.
I know,i know you guys dont need to give me crap about it.
that is just the way i do things.
every game i backup is from a in hand orig.
that dont mean that you cant.if you do i would check with all 3 programs and the ss checker.then

although i have a kreon drive, i use xbox backup creator 2.6 for everything. i rip the game, check the image for stealth check, and burn the game on my pioneer burner. xbc works fine if you have an iso, try it at least...

you can replace the SS on a game, but I would never connect a console that's played a game with corrected SS to Live.
You can get hold of them from somwhere (do a google
) but i tend to do my own rips, and as cofree says you can just re-rip them til you get a good one then...
