Unflashable Lite-on dvd drive

Well guy I'm sure most of you have heard by now that there is a lite-on dvd drive that is unflashable.
When it dumps it returns al "00000000000000000000" as the key
So far there has been no way to tell a flashable lite-on from a non-flashable one.
We have been working on this for a while now on both sides of the big pond and think we have a way to tell the deference.
It's a pain but doable.
On the back of the dvd drive pcb board there is a set of letters and numbers
BS-2 or BS-3
So far any lite-on that is a BS-3 will not return a good key.
Here is a picture .
first a BS-2

this next picture is of a BS-3

This may not be 100%
So if anyone gets a BS-3 lite-on to dump with a good key PLEASE let us know.
update
we have now found a bs-4 pcb board ,but it was flashed with no problem.
so we are still looking for a bs-3 that has flashed.
There are many that have helped with this, and I just want to say thanks.
I would also like to give a BIG thanks to
Shootsteel
for the work you are doing on this.
Thanks
