WAVE4 games or unflashable lite on.. whats worse?

With the *OFFICIAL* announcement of WAVE4 games, starting with 'Cars Race o Rama' and no dought to include COD MW2, people who were "ON TOP" of their flahing and have iXTREME 1.6 flashed on their sams/bens/lite-ons are in for a sad day in the forest. However those of you wandering the forest with iXTREME 1.51 shouln't be affected whatsoever.

Solution:
In order to boot these WAVE4 discs on your 1.6 flashed drives you need to use the acivate.iso disc first to enable one shot boot mode. This should be safe online from what I can tell, but who knows for sure...

In a related story, microcrap continues to battle the piracy plauging their console with a *NEW* uninproved version of the 8000 series lite-on drive which - as of yet - has no key readout. Making a soft mod next to imposible.

At this time the unreadable drive is the worst issue. Wave 4 isn't really a big issue since there is a workaround for it. I have 1.6 on my lite-on and ben-q, but will not be using activate.iso. I will wait for a new FW.

the new light on wont even be an issue soon enough. if you a modder the wave 4 to hit and possibly with call of duty 4 is great news.

I have a hit drive so it still on IX 1.51 will this boot wave 4 games.?

All my 360's are on 1.6 and there is no way i will be using the activate.iso, think i will wait for some genius to provide us with the new firmware.

if a game coms out that you most play
as far as i know you should be ok to play it.

If the current version of ABGX360 (1.0.1) doesn't tell you clearly that a game is Wave4 (instead, I believe it gives an error in the PFI/video match section), how can you tell for sure that you got a Wave4 game at the time of stealth checking your ISO?
