hi, im using jungleflasher and when i click on get key while holding the ck3 probe on the r707 (with the green light lit) it just says sending dvdkey request to ... and does not do anything after that. I waited for 10 minutes holding the probe and it still nothing. please help

What version of lite-on is it? Are you using an RS232 or usb cable?

I'm flashing the Liteon DG-16D2S and I'm using the ck3 pro usb cable.Thanks

7 series or 8 series?

74850c or 83850c look on the top of the drive, it will say one of the 2 numbers near the bottom of the label.

Its the 74850c

could it be the usb drivers that are causing this? i have them installed and i dont have a serial port on my pc thats why I have to use usb

I don't use usb, so one of the other guys will step in and help.

Does your probe stay green the whole time?

do you have the correct com port selected for the probe?? do some screen dumps

yeah the port is correct. it says prolific usb-serial connection
