Ok after not having much success with iprep 10.7 i switch my side to jungleflasher 1.66b with my other desktop that has a via 8237 that i previously flashed a sammy and a benq successfully now after dumping the key the erase went bad and now the drive is dead does not eject

Thats all you will need, If you need any programs you can get them from the download section.

In the future if you get intro failed, just try again. Ive been too quick on a couple lite-on's ive done and got failed intro, but if I retry it works like a charm.

ok commando i have followed ur steps and i am stuck in iprep 9 it erases the lite.on i turn off and back on again and then i press enter after that it says dosflash v1.7 etc etc and gives me a screen of choices like this

i choose option 1 cause it was where the drive was detected in jungleflasher

and it says No ATAPI drive present on this port and i dont know what to do after this.


it also says Flash manufacturedid: 0x02 , deviceid: 0xB5

Flash Size: 0bytes (0 kb)

right which one is your primary sata port on the via6421 card? as you will need to have the drive hooked into that. Also you must have the tray half open when you do those steps. it would aslso help that you dont have anyother hdd or sata drives connected at all. if you can take a pic of the screen where it lists your ports

also do a screen dump of iprep open in windows

I cant get a screen but i can write it down if u want i am using now via 8237 it worked with sammy and benq but lite-on is hard man xD

im not sure if that chipset is compatable. with iprep open there is a button on ur keyboard sayin prt sc press that it does a copy of your screen paste that into a pic editin prog save and up load.

i forgot to mention that i used ixdef that u left in my other topic i will upload the pic soon just making prt screens of the steps i made in windows.

well after a few tries with commando i am sutcked in the same step it gives me the same message it cant recognize the drive as an atapi device also i have verified that after the erase the ck3 lite turns off and when i turn it on it turns off again. i am now trying to spoof a benq previously flashed with 1.51 to fit in my lite on xbox any tutorials or guess guys ?

ok after some struggle i think my lite on is really dead but i could get the key from it and so i spoofed a benq drive to my console everything is workin thanks to commando thank u mate u really help me out .
