I was thinking is it possible, when some 1 new signs up before they can post they must accept the rules. Like they show on screen for 30 seconds befor they can click the accept button??

I agree there should be something like that.
Then they would have no excuse when they get slammed with the HAMMER!!!

that would be a good idea it would probably reduce some unwanted things around
