Benq Locked

ok so my benq drive is locked and it is hooked up to my computer and it freezes in windows so i boot up a usb from dosflash 1.8 and it writes the flash of the custom firmware and i even tried original firmware but it writes with errors and the drive is still locked i have been trying to fix this for about 2 weeks now and it still is the same problem just a different number of errors each time i goto write the drive
