is there a way to make 360's play any region games, or, is there a way to patch games from ntsc to pal?

not that i know of
that is something that is set in the console.
the firmware flash will not over come this

There is no convenient way to make the 360 play out-of-region games. Your best bet is to check a region compatibility list for games that are region free or specific to your own region.
