OK, but this ain't as easy as just installing the chip. I don't know the exacts of this, it's well beyond my knowledge...

you have to have....

A 360 with a hackable Kernel (by hackable I mean a base Kernel of 1888 updated no higher than last years fall update I can't remember the number, something like 5237. This is so you can get a dump of the NANDFlash.

I don't know if Infectus include add on yet, but to start you had to build your own addon to downgrade the 360 (back to 1888), then upgrade to an exploitable Kernel (2 of them in the 4xxx range). I don't know if you have to run the KK exploit for this.

I think the region code of the console is stored somewhere on the NAND Flash, so you need to decrypt and edit the contents of that. The guys over at http://xboxhacker.net have done lots of work on this.

As I say, I know very little of the details about this, all I know it ain't easy
