BANNED CONSOLE

So I went to play XBL today and it says my console is banned. witch was 15 min ago.
now my phone is blowing up from my lil brothers and his friends.... they all just got out of school and they are all banned.
7 people counting me.

maybe they go by regions. i am in western NY
all IX1.6 abgx verified on verbatims.

Ouch. My 360 is lent out at the min (girlfriends kids got it but no internet access) so im dreading getting it back and plugging it in.

Just had a friend txt me and he said he got banned aswell, hopefully the ban wave will stop ASAP!

No, loads of people didnt even use it. Personally I have never gotten around to burning it... There were no good wave 4 games out prior to 1.61...

never played any game before the release date.
always checked with abgx
Oh well i never play online any way. will save me £5 a month.

activation disk never used and almost all games were kreon dumps
only the lite-on consoles were banned from what i can remember
hard to remember who had what drive after sooo many,
going to by my new xbox today and im going to just use gamefly for playing not backing up.

Guys,
I'm not 1.61! From what I'm hearing this is a portfolio of data collated against users and then they've hit the big "ban" button to everyone all at once. Furthermore three people I've spoken to today have been banned with UNMODDED consoles.
All UK consoles, mine was banned yesterday! Source is a Console Modder who does it professionally. This sucks, perfectly timed being the week before Modern Warfare 2.
