Is the active iso dangerous?

I have a lite-on drive.. What i want to know is as i use my xbox on xbl alot is there any chance of them knowing? I thought that because the disc is in your tray it must make a log and send it to xbl? But im just guessing.. Any ideas?

Yeah, ive been reading up on that and try not to touch my xbox now. But when the new call of duty is out i want to play it so how would you recommend playing it?

I recommend you play it on a PS3. :) Stop giving M$ your money and don't purchace a new console everytime you are banned.
