im not that new to this but ive never flashed a lite-on drive b4 and i have a question... ive done a few BenQ drives and im pretty good at it but i have this new xbox360 and new drive since i got banned yesterday and i wanted to flash it but its not like the BenQ.. i was looking at the video on how to do it with iPrep and i had everything set up but then i noticed cofree say something about CK3 and a probe!?? so my question is do i need to have those things?? can i jus use my 360 to power on my drive like i do with the BenQ drive?? and can i jus use a small screwdriver as a probe to stick into the 707 hole??

You must have a ck3, this is needed to dump the key, a probe is optional but recomended to buy, you can make a home made probe too, or you can bridge the 707 point.

well no because you need the dvd key, if you wrote over the firmware then the dvd key will be lost, you can get a ck3 from http://www.ck3.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ;)

If you accidently lose the key because you flashed the drive before dumping it then your naft, make sure you get a good dump of the key before you flash, if anything goes wrong when your flashing then the worst thing that can happen is that you have to buy a new dvd drive lol
