Robin Hoods Playground

So heres the thing i am running xp with ck3 and ck3 probe and using the serial rs232. im learning how to do a liteon 74850c i got all the way to the part where you have to erase the drive but i acted to hasty and when i was told to WAIT for the dots then power cycle really quick i didnt wait for the dots and the pc froze. So in other words i was able to read and get the dummy ,inquiry,serial,identify and key.bin. But now when i power the drive on to try to start over the pc freezes. Am i sh** out of luck? please help sorry for the curseing im just so frustrated
