ebay pulling banned console listings

i listed my banned xbox on ebay last night and it sold within 30 mins for £42, but shortley after the sale i was sent a policy breach warning from ebay saying the console had been mod chip etc.
there was nothing in the listing wording to indicate this other than "this console has been banned from xbl" so it looks as if ebay are adding more salt to the wounds!!

If I did not know about modding the console and being banned, I would be pissed off if I bought a console only to find that it can't be used on LIVE. It's bad enough doing the Wal-mart swap....

i think its a fair sale if you state its banned from live clearly and dont misinform the potential buyer

Yeah ebay are a bunch of pricks. I've been banned from ebay a while ago for similar shit. They are all too eager to shit in your cheerios.
