Robin Hoods Playground

I am trying to downlode 16.1 for a Sammy from xbins. After I un zip the program and extract it to my folder and try to load the 16.1 into iprep it says firmware is not valid. I can't remeber what I am doing wrong. When I started moding 1.5 was the new f/w and I remeber I had to do something first before so that I can load the f/w from xbins in iprep. Thanks a lot for any help. Not sure what I am not doing.
